Final paper submission

How to proceede

1. Submit your abstract

2. You will receive the letter of abstract acceptance/rejection.

3. Submit your registration form.

4. You will receive the invoice.

5. Pay your conference fee.

6. You will receive the payment confirmation and confirmation that your registration has been completed.

7. Your presentation will be scheduled in the conference programme.

8. Submit your final paper via an online form (under the guidelines).

 

Final papers submission guidelines:

  • If your abstract has been accepted and you wish to have your paper published in the conference monograph, you should submit your final paper in both doc. and pdf. formats by January 31st, 2017 via the on-line form (below, under the guidelines). If you wish to publish your paper in our journal issues (JoLaCE, LLCE, CLEaR), submit your paper directly to the journal.
  • Contributions will only be published in the CLIL2016 publications if at least one of the authors of the paper is registered before November 20th, 2016 (on-line).

Virtual papers submission guidelines

  • If your abstract has been accepted and you wish to have your paper published in the conference monograph, you should submit your final paper in both doc. and pdf. formats by January 31st, 2017 via the on-line form (below, under the guidelines). If you wish to publish your paper in our journal issues (JoLaCE, LLCE, CLEaR), submit your paper directly to the journal.
  • Contributions will only be published in the CLIL2016 publications if at least one of the authors of the paper is registered before November 20th, 2016 (on-line).
  • In addition to the paper submission, virtual authors can optionally submit a video and/or powerpoint presentation. If sent before November 20th, 2016, these presentations will be uploaded in a special virtual section of the conference website. Thus, all the conference participants will have access to them during and after the conference.
  • Virtual presentations will be accompanied by the authors´ e-mail addresses so the conference participants could contact them in case of technical questions.
  • Submissions of video and/or powerpoint presentations should be made online via the on-line form (below, under the guidelines) or directly to slovakedu@gmail.com.
  • Registered virtual authors will receive all conference materials, both a participation and author certificates and an invoice of the registration fee. The shipment will be made after the conference.
