Getting Students engaged in learning

Slovakia, ID Vyzvy2016-677;          In this talk you will learn about what life skills are and why they're essential to our development as learners in the classroom and beyond. Life skills are the skills we need to deal effectively with in everyday life, whether at school, at work or in our personal lives. You will find out why we should and how we can teach life skills as part of English language education. In this workshop you will also find out how important it is to provide students with materials that they’ll find engaging and motivating, and how you can set up and use those materials in the classroom. Good learning materials contribute to students’ development of self-confidence and independence.
