CLIL teaching and learning – current international perspectives

The author of the paper had an opportunity to become acquainted with different approaches included foreign language teaching and learning from different European countries. Some of them admit foreign language learning and bilingual learning being synonyms, other make a distinction between them; differences can be found in demands on teachers´ competences and the whole organization of educational process. Noticeable and inspiratory ideas for the school practice are presented and can be discussed, sharing innovative modalities into CLIL lessons in primary and lower secondary education.
