Helping students to produce great presentations

Presenting information effectively and clearly is an important skill when getting your message across to the audience. Moreover, presentations promote both oral and written language. Today, students are often asked to create a presentation and present it to their classmates. Usually students open PowerPoint and immediately start creating slides. Encouraging your students to think more about the content before they start preparing their presentation on the computer will help them to become better presenters and better in English, too. This session offers practical ideas and tips on how to help them succeed in preparing a better classroom presentation. And, PowerPoint presentations are an equally useful presentation tool for you, the teacher.
